Chrissy Teigen is one of our favorite celebrities who is both hilarious and body positive!
Model and social media icon Chrissy Teigen took a break from posting delicious home-cooked quarantine meals to post a quirky video of her rocking a one-piece black swimsuit earlier this week. “I never post thirst traps, but here I am,” she jokes in the video.

We think that the 34-year-old mother of two looks great! However, the trolls came out in full force with some very mean spirited comments about her body. A handful of users body-shamed the celebrity and made comments about her supposedly odd body shape. In classic Teigen fashion, she clapped right back at the haters!
Instead of agreeing or ignoring the mean-spirited commenters, Teigen took the body positive route and fired back a comment that would take away any perceived power from her haters. “It’s ok I’ve been a rectangle my whole life and it’s gotten me pretty far!” Chrissy tweeted back. Her reply is a perfect reminder that all body shapes are worth showing off.
Teigen’s massive social media following is the perfect platform to use when clapping back at the people who think that it’s acceptable to criticize women’s bodies. By using her voice to promote self-acceptance and body positivity, she reminds women everywhere that we should all accept our own bodies, too!
This isn’t the first time Teigen has showed the world just how comfortable we should be in our own skin. In 2018, she shared some up-close footage of her mom-bod. We need to #seemorereal from celebrities like Chrissy Teigen, who can teach us to be body positive!
