What is an “Average Girl?”
Our society loves to categorize where we fit and don’t fit so I decided that Average was where we all fit. Average = Normal. It’s normal to have body image issues, thus Average is a place where we can all fit and relate to one another. The Body Positive book was written for the Average Girl.
Average: ordinary, common, or normal.
